Stakeholder Engagement

Engaging with our stakeholders is an essential component of our sustainability strategy. Such engagements are carried out throughout our operations. Our key stakeholder groups include customers, shareholders, bankers, regulatory authorities, employees, suppliers and local communities. We follow a well specified mode of engagement for each of these stakeholder groups. We have established effective two-way communication with our stakeholders, allowing us to create and maintain enduring relationships with all of them. Our engagement with our stakeholders has helped us meet their expectations, thereby providing us with an opportunity to effectively respond to stakeholder concerns.
